  3. Why complicate it? If you use your hitch correctly you shouldn't be getting rope burn. Sounds like a lot of gaff for little gain IMO. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  4. Not too keen on the 135. Pain to start. A lot of huskies seem like this. Always needing choke! Good saw when running. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  5. Ms211 12" bar Cheap, light reliable saw. Great for any light duties. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  6. You two are cute It's slightly different however. Ty gives a quote. No obligation. If the client accepts, everyone is happy. However if you've just spent serious cash on a machine, which is then defective, it takes the nick to charge the buyer for repairs. If you smash someone's greenhouse at work, would you then offer them a quote to rebuild? Or would you accept that it's your responsibility to stand by your service (or product) sort it yourself? 18. Aren't you too old to be a Boy Scout? Cheers lads. Opinel are nowhere near tough enough for me. Lovely knives though! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  19. As the title might suggest I'm in the market for a new pen knife, after using my single blade Swiss folder for battoning last weekend camping. It's generally accepted that a folder won't be as strong as a fixed blade, and the weak point is usually the lock. My requirements are: Tough One handed opening Non serrated 3 to 4" blade Under 50 quid (Not a huge fan of the liner lock so a different locking mech would be a huge bonus) I've looked on Hiennie Haynes, but the choice is huge and before I know it I'm looking at £100 knives! 20. My griffin case was 25 quid from amazon. Very tough and keeps rubbish out. Bulky though and my pocket lining tends to come out with the phone. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Rouge trader? Sounds burlesque! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. Impressive vid Reg. I'd love to see some of the bits people don't tend to film though. Method of access, Retrieving the rigging line (must be fun on such a big tree) Getting out and tying the rigging line. Seems like all the vids recently are just of cutting, and there's so much more to it than that! Hope you don't mind me saying Maybe one day I'll film something half decent myself! 23. John Lennon, couple of months ago. Makes a wicked cuppa. I'm not lying. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
