  12. Renewing my certificate at the moment and can't believe how quickly they have responded and asked questions if everything goes well should be all done in 4 weeks from start to finish.   15. The tin roof was bad but summer house roof was intact so not that easy. If I would of butt dropped it would of not had to winch it as it would of flatted it all.
