I recently cut this large dead oak down and have started cutting it up for firewood , I was wondering what i could do with the trunk as it seems a waste and a shame to cut it up for firewood. cheers jack

i tried but its too dark basically the ram is bolted onto trailer so i was gunna take it of and put a complete horizontal one on and just connect it up?

well the original just has a ram with no slider brace so it has bent

Right I have a logsplitter on a trailer which is a rubbish design and buying it was a mistake! could i buy a horizontal splitter for a tractor that you see on ebay occasionally and weld it on? its got a 6.5 hp engine would this work as its got the screw on pipes? anyone got one they don't want cheers jack
