    Dodgy truck

HI, i Bought a defender 3 week ago, it turned out to of been clocked 50k and had a dodgy MOT, as the passenger seat belt buckle didn't work and it only passed the MOT a week before i got it... i found loads of useful info on a .gov website for checking MOT history on vehicles before i buy them. i also spoke with citizens advise and they where extremely helpful and knowledgeable . i would call them straight away. i spoke with them and in 24hr i got a full refund. luke
  7. Joel, where did you find your defender, I'm looking for a good 300 tdi. i bought a td5 a few weeks ago, it was solid and seemed great but had a dishonest MOT and had been clocked 50k, i had to take it back and received a full refund.
  8. Hi, I'm looking to get a Hi Capacity defender, if anyone knows of any for sale. luke
  9. Hi , Thought i should chime in on this thread seen as I've been reading arb talk during the down time at work. any way mosquitos die off over the winter months. the problem with rio is the underline poverty meaning there is a awful lot of crime. from pick pocketing to hold ups involving weapons, and these happen fairly frequently, what I've actually experienced during the last 8 week x2 pick pockets got wallets from me and a colleague. x6 bank card frauds x2 bag thefts from the beach x2 pair of flip flops x1 pair of shorts also saw a dead police officer in a shooting we just drove past in a taxi . and last night during the opening ceremony the fevela was on fire behind the stadium and it never once got mentioned. thats my two pence from boots on the ground.
