  1. Get a proper support can't remember the name blue in colour it has a small pad support and I think you wear it below the elbow Was on amazon I still get pain quite often plastering set mine off last time.
  2. Ah bread & beer. Everything in moderation. A very hot curry would help every night:lol:taht will keep your weight off
  3. Phoned Orange yesterday my HTC keeps popping up with answer phone message even when sat on my desk with a full signal. Orange said transmitter problems in my area:sneaky2:suggested switch to only 2G setting pain in backside as if you need internet you have to go back through the settings:thumbdown:. Mind you saying that today have had no problems:thumbup:
  4. My wife thinks I'm a right nosy sod. I wish she would say it to my face instead of writing it in her diary:thumbup:
  5. I worked on a government site where somebody spilt a cuppa at her desk. Now rather than banning cups at desks they went into long written discussion about buying Tommy Tippy type cups for all the staff at approx £3.00 each. It was finally decided no action would be taken as the cost was prohibitive. H & S for the boys a total load of bull when people can't take responsibility for drinking a cup of tea or coffee. It's only going to get worse as the people in charge of these decisions have no one to answer to
  6. Get a unimog might cost u 10 times the price though:thumbup: I have an Iveco & it is ok on firm grd but forget it if it is wet:thumbdown:
