  1. Had an Ecoburn 7 for five years. Easy to light, glass stays clean, pumps out plenty of heat. Had to play with top vent get it to stop drawing too much air when we were closing it down. Tend not to use it for overnight burns but if we do load it up there is till a few embers in the morning to get it going again. Would buy another one.
  2. I bought an A11 VTR last month and it has been very good so far. Like ad15 I have also found that the wheels being moved from the rear of the machine to the middle of the base has made it very difficult to move around, particularly if trying to move it on your own. Secondly, and a minor point, the on/off switch is not the usual green and red switch box but is a very cheap feeling rocker switch located under the electrics box which is quite difficult to access and operate (rather disappointing given the cost of the machine).
  3. Those who have little knowledge should say little. Wiser to await the facts and make informed judgement than show ignorance.:
  4. Finally got a load in..... 29 tons in all ......measures 11 metres long, 3 metres wide and 2.5 to 3 metres high.....and theres a lot of it!!!!!
  5. hello all, novice to site with a 'how long is a bit of string question...?'. Apologies!! How much room (roughly) will it take to store 25 tons of hardwood? It is freshly cut into three metre lengths of eight to twelve inch diameter. Would I be far off the mark with a ground footprint of 3 metres wide, 10 metres long by 1.5 metres high? Any help appreciated.
