I'm looking for a trainee to work on a part time basis 2-4 days a week and potentially full time for the right person. The role will involve working as both part of a 3 man team on larger technical work and leading a two man team for smaller jobs. The ideal applicant would have a minimum of three years climbing experience including 1 year in a similar role, the relevant NPTC units and a full UK licence. A towing licence, IPAF, Emergency First Aid and NRSWA unit 2 would be advantageous. Very importantly we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is polite, presentable and enjoys working hard and striving to produce excellent workmanship. Thanks for the replies, its for as and what comes, some big, some not. I'm looking for a decent climber but not necesarily the most technical and expensive as like i said its not always for big stuff with lots of money on. I'ts just a regular days work for the right person to free up some time for me. Cheers
