  2. not sure mate? but is it not worth ago? would kiln drying them work? not an expert on this type of stuff so couldn't 100% recommend anything

  5. i work for a LA via and agency, i was asked to use my own kit and PPE and get an allowance of an extra .25p per hour for using my own kit, i have never once complained, i've got on with the job, and in the future hope to be taken on. If i went around demanding PPE be bought for me i'm sure they'd be on the phone to the agency asking for the next bloke! If its only for a short period i suggest you use your own stuff and although you may get a bit of wear and tear, i'm sure it would benefit you in the long run
  6. we get rid of timber ringed up (unseasoned) at £80 for about 2-3 ton
  7. here is just a small portion of what i did back in my gaming days:blushing:, long gone are those now!
  8. yeah i've done loads myself, will post some tomorrow as its way past my bedtime!
  9. up at 6, out at 7, start @ 7.45, finish at 4 (1:30 on a friday:thumbup:) home at 4.30, pick kids up, make tea, read stories, put to bed, uni work for 2 hours, tele for 1hr relax, see to the wife for 5mins.... (ok 2) bed... done...

  17. i'm currently doing my FdSc online at Myerscough college and i can say so far that the course is both well delivered and well structured. The FdSc is over 3 years with a further option for your BSc for another 2 years (with honours). I can recommend it if its the arb side of things your looking for
