  1. Swiss company must invite you to work there and prove that anyone in region can't fulfil position. base on that you will (or not) get visa. Also problem is language or languages used there... deepens where you will stay it might be German, Italian or Swiss-German. I have family there, it's fantastic place to be...although rules are strict, foreigners in UK/IRE have way easier life than there. Saying that I know that wages or work wise is really good. Good luck in new place
  2. Last week in Slovakia was accident where somebody working from hoist cut top of the tree straight on arm of the hoist, I am not sure but somebody was seriously injured after all... hope he's getting better now
  3. Hi I am from Poland, working in Cork, Ireland, I have few friends from Slovakia and Hungary working here.
  4. Hi, Recently I came at work across European larch canker, it's not on ArbTalk list. Is it because it is not significant? Most of larches in this place with visible wounds (in crown and on stem), age 50 approx. Larch cover less than 20 percent. comes second after Scots pine. My question is: should owner of trees consider any action? From what I found, Lachnellula willkommii does not cause death of tress so removal is not necessary in my opinion. Any other thoughts? Thanks
  5. from the info on youtube: all elements are made from scrap or car parts example: blades from car suspension springs; they have made cover for it will be a part of chipbox diesel cosumption less than 2 litre for 3m3 (wow)
  6. i found also this emol: Repelenty - Zak?ad Obs?ugi Le?nictwa Tarnobrzeg Translate this on Google, it’s really popular product in Poland we are talking thousands of hectares protected every year.
  7. German company Kieferle is producing chemicals to deter wildlife, wildly used in Poland to protect farmland against deers and wild boars. It is really good. I know that more than two similar companies doing this stuff in Poland also, try reserch this, I think it's better/cheaper than fencing option.
  8. Hi I am looking for Sitka spruce growth curve, if anyone can tell me where I can find this, thanks Marcin
