  1. Morning guys, happy Friday. Cold and dry here, wind was gusting again a bit last night but settled now.
  2. Morning, storms blown through and a nice frosty morning here. Back to removing some hazard trees the the boys got his Robo flail ticket in the afternoon.

  5. Oops!! Just into bed and realised I forgot to sign in, I was too excited today to go play in my new toy.
  6. Morning guys, haven’t looked outside and can’t hear anything so all much be ‘ not bad ‘ out there. Last day for us working out on the hills and moors, the place is back to proper swampy now it’s all thawed. Taking turns in getting bogged and rescuing each other.

  10. Morning, going to me minis lots outside. As long as my hands and feet stay warm I’ll not turn too much. oh and minimum aches and pains.

The 88 is an ego saw when your young and keen as mustard, I remember having 1 hang off my harness for 3 hours and I thought I was so cool, I could hardly walk for days and pretty much why my back is seized up, constantly over doing it. I had similar as AHPP with another companies 88 up a monster Elm, requested to fell it into sections by the customer at the most stupid places on the tree for work position and it wouldn’t start or idle easily. Basically it was the first major sign I was getting to old for full time climbing. 500i or top handle if I need to use a saw now.
  12. Morning. Snow last night, about 3-4”. schools are closed so kids working from home on their chrome books. I need to head to Inverness so hopefully don’t get taken out by someone with a lesser vehicle! 😂
  13. A good laugh on Friday working in Jurassic park and cracking on with the Roboflails on the Heather.
  14. Morning, doubt it was as cold last night and no snow so all good for another day on the hill. Heading for physio first then back to work.
  15. Oakley loves coming to work. In the house he’s called Scoochy! He sometimes gets magic legs on the sofa !

  17. Landmark Adventure in my village mate. morning, going to try and have a rest day. Already done a 1000 steps in the house doing housework 😂 snows on its way so be good to cover up the ice!
  18. Morning, well the T-Rex survived. Heading out for a Saturday shift.
  19. Morning, cold fresh start here. We’ve got a big dead Scots pine to take down over a T-Rex! Which me luck!!
  20. Morning, Baltic here. Off to do a demo day with the machines, hopefully they have got food and drinks on for us.
  21. Morning, -8 here with stiff legs and achey back, that should ease by 10am ish. Driving day here, off to Edinburgh to Field and Forest so 6 hours driving with a couple of food stops.
  22. Morning, sore and stiff with a chance of more aches and pains today.
