  1. Martyn, just clocked your new avatar. Now there was some fighter!
  2. Never slept with a witch Rupe. What are their tits like, then?
  3. I thought the rule was your chainsaw keks don't need washing until they can stand up themselves?
  4. Will look at that when I next order Dave. Haven't tried the Progain myself, but one of my mates rates it. Mind you, he's one of those annoying big lads whose arms grow an inch every time he looks at a dumbbell.
  5. Nationwide would probably be able to sort you a machine out mate, but the price would be likely be a ring-stinger.
  6. Definately helps me when I'm training hard, but I cycle it, normally 8 weeks on, 4 off. Maximuscle Cyclone was good stuff, but expensive and give me really bad farts! Like Lorry, I've found the MyProtein stuff to be quality, and cheap as chips because it is packaged very basically. Pure creatine monohydrate powder here.
  7. Save some cash and get a climber in. Take your pick from the 'bottle' thread. Sorry. Deanos MEWP is only 15m I believe.
  8. Whenever I pooh them. * * See 'Have you ever bottled it' thread....
  9. Christ, if you shrink Hiflex it will look like you are wearing spandex pants! Go for it....
  10. Spade, mattock, axe, muscle. Hour tops.
  11. Fair play for being so honest Billy, but this is a pro website and we should encourage people to do it right. Some young lads reading your posts might get the wrong idea. Climb safe mate.
  12. Good post. Huck, my mates uncle was killed in Hampshire when a tree failed during a climb last year. Agree it happens very rarely though. Touch wood!

Ha ha, showing your age you old get, Eagle Eyes! Mint. Exactly what I do! I get captured now and then and have to pretend I thought I saw an old mate.

Should have done mate. She would have fit the jeans better than me and she's six months pregnant! Have to have a look at Fenwicks window, makes me feel all young and Christmassy again!
  16. Doesn't it feel good, though, when you have pushed yourself, nailed the job, and got down safe?
  17. Steve MacMahon used to play for the scousers, and always scored against the Toon Mr Bell, you knacker!
  18. That was Graham MacMahon over the Tahun Airwalk in Tasmania. Awe inspiring stuff. Remember him pulling those rotten steps off with his hands? That is pure experience at work. If you push it all the time, you will improve. At some point, though, you may push it too far....
  19. That's 'cos you bottled giving a straight answer!
