  1. I nailed the access bit pretty quickly, but it was a gradual transition to SRT working the tree. Most of my work is takedowns on spikes, although I can run my CT ascender and HAAS with spikes no worries. I really need to have a proper look at redirects, and I think that's best done on my own time, rather than in front of yawning groundies or frowning people who are paying me money.
  2. Here you go fellas. Hole is 9mm.
  3. Jesus. Glad you're all ok Reg. Fair play Kyle!
  4. Cheapo doorway chin-up bar and gravity boots are cheaper and take up less space!
  5. I'll do an arthroscopy lunge in a couple of weeks just for you mate!
  6. Probably at the start of this thread Paul, I'd probably rupture something if I tried one now!
  7. Sorry for the derail everyone.
  8. I'm glad someone mentioned sharp chain James.
  9. Will that be ok with a bit of mulching do you reckon?
  10. I've done a couple, one in Stoke Newington pollarding 90' limes. 3x normal rate, and that wasn't enough.
  11. It is miles better Will, but it won't fit straight out of the box. I just drilled a hole in the collar to correspond with the pop-up stud in the top pole section. I'll get a pic if you want. 18 months or so in and it's still earning it's keep.
  12. That's pretty jaw-dropping work Reg. Not getting the credit it deserves on here IMO, although I know that's not your bag. Pisses me off a bit that the 'what chainsaw trousers are best to do a wet fart in?' type threads seem to get more response. Keep them coming, it is appreciated. What spikes are you on mate?
  13. Haha! What knee issue did you have mate? I've got an op booked in 2 weeks.
  14. I did Ty. That's why we've had a change of government since.
  15. I got one off MattyF mate, far better, although I had to bastardise it a bit with a drill. Think it's a Sandvik, although Matty will confirm.
  16. Cracking dogs lads. Must be a great feeling giving a dog like that a second chance Rob.
  17. We have the lighter 2001. Reg got it spot on. You know it's idiot-proof if a climber can use it.
  18. Isn't it?!!! Would love to have seen that.
