  1. Seriously Tom, if they are brilliant they will sell, even at £2k. The huge price tag is probably them trying to claw back R&D costs early, but they're clearly never going to be cheap. If someone like Reg popped up in 12 months and said they had made him 25% faster people would start listening, especially with a 10-year guarantee. I'll hopefully be dead by then.
  2. But I could put it in the mobile phone pocket in my chainsaw keks?
  3. I agree Vespa Man, although I'm curious enough to want to try a pair, in a non cash threatening situation.
  4. £50? Idiot. Does it high-clip as well as the 540? Richie let's see if Rob will do a bulk discount for 2!
  5. Aye, the triangle cuts on the massive leaning laterals took a good set of nuts!
  6. Their names are Tiffany and Ulrika.
  7. Oh, and I've got better things to spend £2000 on.
  8. And for that reason, and whilst I wish them every bit of luck with this innovative new venture, I'm out.
  9. Dry! Well, the working part was. Got pissoaked doing my dips outside when I got home.
  10. TBH mate I could as well on those horizontals, and I'm on crutches!
  11. I always put mine in at 90 deg? Aren't your legs meant to be horizontal then?
  12. Awesome stuff Ben, bet that was a fun job! Keep them coming mate.
  13. Terrible hinges and fibre-pulling. Timber ruined. You're a disgrace, Sir. A disgrace.
  14. Oh dear. They're full of iron, though, apparently.
  15. I don't hate you. I pity you, with your farmers tan.
  16. Weird coincidence Aitch, as I was scrolling through your pics again Kinder Scout is on the telly!
  17. Aye it came on strong down here this afternoon. It was properly drumming on the glass in the office. I could hardly hear the coffee machine at one point. The girls bringing it over to my desk even commented on it.
  18. Oh, thanks for the grapes, flowers and Lucozade you sent Pete. No need, really.
  19. Hahaha! I was trying to work out when I squished my knee whether these would have made it better or worse!
  20. Phedders all you need to do is save up £500, shove it in a jar of Vaseline then PM Joe.
  21. That's a job you can be proud of mate. Leaving a bit of a legacy there. Whereabouts? I've got some great memories from the Peaks, mainly round Castleton and Mam Tor.
  22. I can't remember mate, jet lag, you know?😀 I've had my carbon geckos for years, and doubt I'd ever swap them. These do look interesting though. Apparently they're crazy expensive. Never mind that squirrel impression stuff, the real test would be how comfy they are chogging down a big stem with no top anchor.
  23. Damn autocorrect! Hurse not Horse! YouTube 'Hurse Irons'. Maybe some kind soul can link the vid for me.
