I just ordered a few bits and included the retro catch on the Petzl Pantin. I haven't used it for years because I was sick of it kicking out, and went over to the CT which is excellent. I thought for about £6 I would order one so I could have backup. Two of us spent an hour trying to fit it, just couldn't get the everything to line up and work. Right foot Pantin, right foot catch. Pics available post-shower. Anyone else struggled? Tips and advice please ladies and gentlemen, even without the spring the two bolts didn't seem to align at all. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

My dog did that with one of my Duran Duran tapes in '84 once. Shat it out 10 years later and I recovered it and respooled it with an HB pencil. Alas, when I played it again it had turned into Erasure tunes. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
