Hi Steve that looks very nice

I am looking to buy a mini digger to tow behind a 4x4 , mainly to feed a chipper , so probably about a 2.5 tonne machine .
Not sure on what make really , seems to be a bit of amine field , looking for any advice please
I am looking for zero tail swing and 2 speed tracking as i will fit a trailer and use it in the woods
Will it have enough oil flow to run a 12 tonne hydraulic splitter ?

Nice one Simon , still busy i hope ?
-
Is that Simon from North East Arb ?

My brother in law has bought 2 big stoves to help heat his
He is not a hands on type , so he got a HETAS approved stove installer , and was very anoyed when the guy said that he wouldnt fit the stoves as they were too big for the rooms and that the insurance would be void if the house burnt down.
Is this right or is he pulling a fast one ?

I can pass some work on to you if you want , i want to concentrate more on logs and biomass

I have 3 chippers and a stump grinder from him no problems at all
I have just sold him one , which chipper are you after , i am going there next week

It is a 3 point linkage one i have , it does the job ok , i have it on the back of the chipper so i can unclip it and put it on a trailer , or tractor
I just thought it would be easier , and quicker
-
Thanks for the links , i do like crane cam
It does seem to be working well , in one shot you can see the linkage working well
I use an old botex at the moment , just wondering what the remote option is like to use i suppose you will get used to it

Does anyone use a mowi crane for feeding a chipper , i was just wondering are they a lot better to use than say a botex ?
