They are lovely stoves and frankly a lovely company to do business with.

Happy new year to you also. Sold that 399 yet?. I run a 135 but my brothers are all JD. Have put in for a grant for a bigger processor, if that comes a 399 is on my shopping list for 2017 unless a hire one of their 66 series JDs. Lets get teh processor here first, FC were mega pissed off when I went to one of their meetings and told them I am buying kiln dried cheaper than I can buy their cord once processing costs are taken into account. As a result they are putting me in for a bigger processor grant to cut production costs and make teh FC more competitive.

Hi,

I use saurida in Lithuania

https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=lt&u=http://www.saurida.lt/&prev=search

Give them a call, my contact is Dijena, she speaks good english. Product is excellent, well packed, very dry ( my ;last batch was mainly below 3% MC). You will need a pump truck and teleporter or loader to get it out of a container. Also have a good 50 foot ratchet strap to hand, that sometimes needs connecting to pump truck and loader to move pallets to rear of container. Mate of mine who also posts here uses Woodbioma I think, he posts here, he isi happy with the produst but his standards are not as high as mine. Not seen their product close up though. Do not use anyone who sells direct, no point in supporting your competition. You do need to think through the handling especially at the point of delivery. I use the smaller 1m crates, an IFW GD85 trailer and pump truck and just roll them off.

Hi Bob,

I have had what I think is a spam e mail apparently from you saying you have been robbed in Portugal or similar and can you borrow 1800 euros.

I have had this type of spam before, the reply to e mail address has a zero in it as opposed to a o as in bloke.

Not sure if you e mail act has therefore been hacked. Have not deleted the mail yet in case you want me to send it on to you.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi Nick,

Rumour locally is that Tom Knapp (tom 87) from east haddon has suffered a very serious hand injury. So serious that Northampton General could not deal with it, as such he is currently in Leicester Royal Infirmary. This is only rumour but he has not replied to a mail I sent him this week about buying some kindling and maybe 40 cube of logs.

Thought as he was talking about you moving some timber for him from oxford way that you ought to be aware.

Geoff

  7.
Good man. I did get the mail but have had to close a couple of my work addresses as they got hit by spam bots.

  8.
Sold the first one Saturday.

  9.

No problem. Its the total lack of aftercare that bothers me, ok they but the gear in so have no input into manufacturing quality, but when things go tits up they have to react.

Liability in this case is with Farol as they have supplied it to me. And its this bloke Jim E who posts here who is responsible.

Hi Jim,

Just checked your last log on, yesterday, so you will have seen my pm of 1st june. You might also care to look at your pm of 20/10/12, "a very decent set of forks', and 'I think they are about 3 ton capacity'.

Manitou 6.27 can only lift 2.7 tonnes max.

Thanks

  11. Hi harry,

Got that kindling in now, how many do you want?.

    Geoff

  12. Hi Jim,

I sent the enquiry through your web site on Tues or Weds, cant remember if I ued [email protected] or [email protected]

Please forward details on the grab, sizes, closed size with hook closed all teh way down, ie can it carry say one or two logs only if necessary. Max operating capacity, are the lower arms standard fork lift arms, they look it, that would be a plus point as I also use it to hold bags open for processed logs. I am looking to fit it to a Manitou teleporter 08 plate. This does have a single hyd service down the arm so is able to work the beak.

Probably looking to order in the new year as I have about finished processing this year, guess it will come down to you or Albutt.

    Thanks

    Geoff AKA Alycidon.

  13. Hakki Pilke 60 Firewood Processor PTO driven | eBay

Looks pretty worn out to me, 3.3k seems a lot for it.

  14. Hi Steve,

Pretty sure you are one of the mods here.

On the right hand side of the screen is a series of ads, one is for a company called Stove Seller. This appears to be a new web based seller.

    Stoveseller|Woodburning Stoves|Multifuel Stoves

The only name and location is in the fine print un theire terms and conditions of sale. So the seller is or appears to be Horncastle Tiles of Skegness. There seem to be no contact details at all in the body of the web site.

They are advertising Morso stoves, check the Morso web site for dealers in that area, there are none. Therefore they are grey importing, Morso will only honour the full 10 year warranty if bought through an approved UK dealer such as me. (Home Farm Stoves Ltd) ,. Do you need to be associated with such organisiations?.

    Thanks

    Geoff ( Alycidon)
