  1. i still like the look of the isuzu denver to be honest
  2. it sure has been discussed, we just didnt know there was a name for it!
  3. someone said to me just the other day......i forget who, "the grass always seems greener on the other side of the fence, then you realize you're standing in a big pile of crap"
  4. no, i mean how does it sitting sideways take away the advantge of the hitchclimber?
  5. i trust the ring, but dislike the metal on metal, not for safety reasons, more that it just annoys me.......i clip the krab straight on to the rope, it means the rope sits side by side on the hitch climber rather than behind, and also brings the system closer in taking more slack out of the system. all in all the ring seems kinda pointless to me.
  6. a + b like was said, a good product sells itself without having to rubbish another company or their product.
  7. have you climbed in the treebee craig?
  8. that nearly never happens....ive already had to delete some posts this afternoon.
  9. true but with no reference to his machine
  10. afraid not mate......its been covered in the past and its rare that these threads can go on with dealer involvement without little jibes thrown in here and there. at the end of the day a dealer is not going to give an impartial opinion and thats that......not in the best interest of the forum users i dont think.
  11. we try to keep on top of that here tokalock, always leaves a sour taste in the mouth when forums are full of nothing but slagging.
  12. exactly......probably best ALL dealers/manufacturers stay out of threads like these
  13. i have haix and meindl.....both are good boots IMO.......incidently you should be careful when listening to other peoples opinions on boots, as they are always just that..opinions....and the nature of footwear means no boot is going to be the same for 1 person as it will be for the other. im personally looking forward to trying out the new stein boots.
  14. welcome sheppy....so whats the story, your invention?
  15. yep and it looks like you already found it
  16. dont think i'll be making newport unfortunately, unless i go at the last minute
  17. must be a bugger to reverse
  18. ive heard of bail out discussed on american forums, who makes it?
  19. whats the pulley set up? oh and definetly tell the story about the subaru, including pictures.....in fact that deserves a whole thread of its own haha
