  3. if the customer isnt prepared to pay the money for proper TM better to just price it high and walk.....who needs the headache?
  4. ifs its a busy road im inclined towards subbing the TM out to a professional company.....too much liability involved these days! if its something you think you can manage yourself you will(or should if you want to be legal) have a full chapter 8 road sign kit which you'll be looking in the region of £500 for, then the extra staff to man the road. oh you said it may need a closure, in which case you'd need to divert traffic aswell. one big headache!!! you do have to contact the emergency services for sure if theres going to be any possible holdups
  5. saw lees truck yesterday for the first time, its the nicest arb truck ive yet seen.

  11. pics would be good.....it might be a straight forward tree, but i'll tell you now, you wont find a responsible arborist who will tell someone with little experience how to go about doing it!! post the pics though!
  12. the rope does get in the way! u just have to learn how to safely work around it. u pretty much got the primary fundamental down, you climb to the highest safe point you can find, and preferably as central as possible that will allow you to work as much of the tree as possible. of course theres many variables involved but that could make for a very long post!
  13. i think the most stupid thing ive ever done is try to wipe the fly off my screen on blues avatar
