  3. never had that problem tim try pulling your trousers up a touch before you strap the sawpod on, see if that makes a difference
  4. How many people out of interest are using sawpods? ive been using one for about 18 months now. im on my second one. the first one lasted over a year and was only the top strap that had any ammount of wear on it. I love carrying the saw on my leg..i had played around with numerous methods of strapping it to my leg including riveting straps straight to the saw sheath, this worked well but didnt last too long. i also find i lose the saw less that what i used to with it on my waist. about the only problem i really have is the chainsaw lanyard sometimes snages beneath it but this is more than outweighed by its benefits...all in all a big thumbs up from me

  11. well things have took a turn for the worse this week, i shan't be competing. i might however make it down sometime on the saturday. would be nice to at least get down there and get some pics and videos for the forum

  13. themesbydesign.net its one of her free themes, just a temporary fix for now whilst im waiting for the coders knock up something. i think the finished design will keep a similar colour scheme though.

  16. This is the first of hopefully many competitions to be run on Arbtalk. The theme is work related photos.....this can be anything from climbing to groundwork......machinery in action.....humour........anything that makes a good picture. Each member may enter 3 pictures but please attach only 1 image to each post, this will help with the judging process. You'll need to register to be able to post photos...its free to join. First prize - Stretch air chainsaw trousers, choice of type A or C generously donated by site sponsors www.fletcherstewart.co.uk Second prize - Sawpod generously donated by our newest site sponsor www.sawpod.co.uk Third prize - 8oz Harrisons rocket throwbag courtesey of Arbtalk The winning photos will be picked by a panel of three judges. fletcherstewart, Gerald Beranek, and professional photographer Lorraine Morgan. The ending date for the competition is 20th september 6pm GMT, results will be announced hopefully within a few days of the closing date.
