  1. cerne, have you looked at the tree climbers companion? very good book for learner climbers...or indeed a good reference for the experienced climber also

  3. im not personally having any probs mb, but have now had 4 members say they couldnt. one member let me log in on his account, i was able to upload pics on his account yet he couldnt.

  12. bob.....can you video the cuting through one of those steel core lanyards alongside a rope strop?? i have this arguement severa; times with people who insist you can cut through steel core as quickly as rope...i just dont buy it

  14. yeah was just the one bit at the end where he knocked out a decent sized top and it snagged on that large stub...extremely well put together video though. i'd be interested to know who the company is

  16. oh, when learning to sharpen make sure you always use a sharp file. struggling with blunt files will throw your technique out before you even learn it

  19. drew, setting your hitch ready to be pulled up is such a simple idea yet excellent! cant believe i never thought of that before
  20. ok theres 101 tips...i'll start the ball rolling with what i consider to be probably the mst important 2. 1. make sure your chain is tensioned properly 2. find the bluntest tooth first, sharpen that tooth then proceed to sharpen every other tooth giving them all the same ammount of strokes with the file.
