I bring the 394 out 2 or 3 times per month. Its a solid reliable saw, great for ringing up with a 28'' bar. It was a bargain buy about 7 years ago,£450 for a saw that had only been used to fell and clear up one tree! the owner then retired and stored it away until I heard about it. It's still on the original bar and the only parts renewed have been clutch springs. I will give it to my son when I retire !

Just to be clear, the saw isn't for sale, it belongs to the estate I've been working at recently. I was looking at it in the workshop yesterday evening while chatting to the bloke that used to do all the saw work, liked the look of it, fired it up but as yet haven't had a chance to try it.

Nice looking saw, kinda old school.
