I hadn't really considered the weather and other considerations mentioned, but yes sitting here in my "office" with the rain rattling down, I guess there are negatives to. Never the less it was a good experience to see what I have been reading on this forum in action, and yes I will recommend him where I can.

I had a local arborist round on Friday to remove two leylandi, a 20` and a 30`, both in an awkward site with a very small drop zone and several awkward BT line and other obstacles . I was the brash monkey but admit I spent a lot of my time just watching this guy at work.

Now I had kept him fed and watered and copious cups of tea before he climbed, he must have the strength of Hercules and the bladder of an African bull elephant as it was and hour and 50 till he finished the first and reached the floor. I know it was only a smallish job but he was meticulous, very safety conscious and a nice guy to. A real credit to the profession, so hats off to you guys, a nice office but bl00dy hard graft.

Also got to help feed the Timberwolf, what a great bit of kit, was surprised at how quick the brash was dealt with, would have taken me a fortnight of bonfire's to get rid, he even cleared up with a blower at the end of the job.

Get one of them professional tree stump removal firms in. The ones doing only tree stumps. A very impressive trade indeed !
