Get the large tooth tsurugi , I did try a medium which does leave a smother cut but it is not massively noticeable just cuts slower than the large tooth which performs more like a natanoko or zubat bu

I purchased the original straight version Natanoko 330 on the back of what Silky Fox was saying on this 'ere very forum.

 

I conclude it is the ultimate Silky Saw and all others fall short in every manner.
