ah, i see, ill walk along in constant readiness to dive out of the way of a car that will mount the pavement any second

and how do i spot that car? can you tell me? how can i spot it 50 yards away on the road and get well clear?

is it a particular colour? a specific make? maybe the driver has a beard? or some sort of headwear?

and every time im on a train ill be constantly alert and ready to spring into action at the sound of a door slamming or a child screaming?

you should write a book on these wonderful life saving tips you have

No, just look at the army guy who lost it in Liverpool and mowed people down.

Nothing to do with race, religion, colour, sexuality, or anything else.

You need to keep your eyes open when out and about, or you'll trip.

So aye, if you don't pay attention when out and about, you can expect trouble.

What's the problem with that?

and how will kicking their families out stop someone else attacking anyone.

how do you spot a terrorist in advance? maybe you should get a job with mi5 so you can tell them how to do it?

shall we listen to everyones phone calls and monitor all the emails and texts sent in the uk?

maybe you know some other way to spot a potential terrorist? colour of their skin perhaps? religion? hair colour?

shall we ask them all when they come in "do you plan to jump on a train in 10 years time stab some people? or will your children go off on one and stab some kids?"

"countries that take their internal security seriously" such as?

police states? secret policemen on every corner checking peoples identity papers? spy on your neighbours? lets keep secret files on people just in case, eh?

how does locking up and deporting a bunch of people after the attack prevent the next one?

bell.

end.

You are off on the wrong tangent.

One of the reasons these attacks occur is the unwillingness of some communities and families to report behaviour that is suspicious or potentially harmful. You are probably never going to change that behaviour willingly especially amongst groups who consider themselves culturally, religiously and ideologically different from the majority in their adopted country.

Its a huge problem that not just the UK is facing.  One of the solutions might well be a " hard reset".That could encourage people to keep an eye on their own kin, for the ultimate benefit of the entire population.

What is happening is a increase in terrorist attacks ,so it its fair to say the " touchy-feely" approach isn't working.

You're a mug if you think that, Dave.

There are nutters of all creeds and colours. Take them all on, or take none of them on.

All this racial posturing just makes you look like a sad, wee gammon.

Mark the statistics speak for themselves I’m afraid. There’s one person on here today getting arsey.
Try not to be a prick as I say.

Agreed, but it is imperative to include white nationalism in the mix too.

So many people on here jumping to conclusions or going down the whataboutary tangent, WTF does this recent attack have to do with Southport or anything like that?

simply following your line of reasoning to its end result

spy on your friends and family, eh? thats your plan? report your brother to the secret police for thinking bad things?

"the dozen mass casually attacks we have seen in the last decade do nothing to change immigration policy."

"preventable terrorist attack"

"By deporting the terrorists entire families "

"countries that take their internal security seriously"

youre talking shite and you know it

it all boils down to you wanting anyone with darker skin than you kicked out.

apart from the local guy you get your curry and rice from. and the pizza, and the kungpow chicken.

driver rams football supporters in liverpool. how far back are you gonna kick out his family? ex-soldier, wasnt he?  clearly a danger to his adopted country?

Keep your eyes open and expect the unexpected. I don't understand why you would find this a strange concept.

Perhaps you live in a rural environment, I don't know. But if you move around the inner-city, you will be preyed upon if you're not aware of what's going on. I'm way more more wary of white kids in balaclavas on e-bikes, than I am of wandering throught the Asian community in the West End.

i dont understand how you think you can identify that a person will attack you in 5 minutes time?

or spot the car thats going to run you down from 100 yards?

maybe you can see into the future? will you need to remove your head from your ass to see that? or can you see fine from in there?

perhaps youre suggesting we should all spend every waking moment on alert and walking like we are in a minefield?
