There's no mention of race in what I recently said.

Rather than attempting to discredit my comment by playing a misguided race card, you have exposed the inadequacy of your position.

The key to my recent posts was to highlight the passive acceptance of criminal activity by PC obsessed state offices.

You think that's racist - you're a part of the problem.

They were fair comments/observations Kevin, I agree, not a single mention of race.

Go on, tell me again about the value of immigration and cultural enrichment.... .

The point being that I percieved, (possibly incorrectly) that the reference to grooming gang denier was somehow meant to highlight the religion of those involved in recent cases.

Apologies if I read it wrong.

Just to play devil's advocate, we've never had any bent 'home-grown' politicians, have we? :001_smile:

Fair point Felix, there has been the occasional duck house or extravagant lunch I'll agree - and whilst by no means acceptable or tolerable, it's not on the same scale, even in the same universe, as the habitual, systemic, entrenched culture of tribal nepotism, bribery, corruption and self interest that is prevalent across the African continent.

The child grooming issue is prevalent amongst a clearly defined demographic.

To avoid dealing with that issue, or any other criminal or morally repugnant behaviour, identified within a defined demographic, just because it is THAT demographic (what ever it might be) is a reality of what has been happening.

Delusional and misguided adherence to overtly PC doctrine has enabled this to occur.

Playing a "race card" whenever an uncomfortable truth is exposed is a disease that needs to be beaten.

According to Islam, Mohammed married Aisha when she was 6 or 7. The marriage was consummated when she was 9 or 10. Muslims consider Mohammed as the perfect man....

My suggestion was more that it was politicians and their ilk rather than racial lines that are indicative of a corrupt personality. :001_smile:

HS2 is a strange one.

I've yet to meet a single person, anywhere, who thinks it's a good idea.

I did a train journey in Spain a while back. The equivalent of going from Bham to Southampton (about 2hrs 30mins standing up on a packed train over here)

Over there it was very different. Spotlessly clean, air con, super comfy, super cheap, hardly anyone on the train. 40 minutes with one stop.

Spanish trains are the business!

Maybe that's why Spain is skint....

Timon.

When did religion become a race?
