remembered working with cabster before...the truck couldn't tip full load of heavy off. we had to hand ball 30% off before it would tip the timber.

 

same when i once used a Vw. must be these new tippers.

 

you can adjust most tippers

mine has had 2.5t on and still tipped although it groaned a lot

Yep, my experience of them too. Also, will spin on a bit of bird sh1t, unlike double-wheel Tranny or LDV.

ha,ha I have got a old ldv. vroken down loads over last 2 years....but the tipper has been overloaded like hell often..and it doesn't sweat when tipping.

 

though its def on its way out.

Vw are rubbish for tipping for sure.

 

 

No VW aren't rubbish for tipping, the ''RAM'' is rubbish at tipping, VW, Nissan, Ford, Toyota, Isuzu don't make the tipping rams!
