Working with Rich Rule today, very wet this afternoon.

Me - North Face Goretex - wet wet wet.

Rich - Stein climbing jacket - dry dry dry.

Great gee up for this piece of kit. Under £50 ex-VAT. One will be mine....

Heavy reduction on a crack willow, went well, Rich slick as ever, client well chuffed.

No pics yet 'cos my phone got so wet in my pocket it died!

Do you not sweat your nuts off in them??

Yes!!

Ventilation could be improved a little, but it’s a pay-off with the relatively cheap price. I have some cycling jackets which breath wonderfully and are truly excellent but the cost £150 upwards.

It was a monsoon today reducing a tulip tree, and the stein did well for about 4 hours, then it started letting it in around the armpit zips, and then the water just ran down my collar in a river, and down my arms every time i reached up to adjust the prussic, which you cant odds really. Very impressive bit of kit all said and done. It was unbelievably wet in devon.
