No chipper here today ....covert operation lol ... seriously I am Chipping at base today .

Quick fix and off we go . Never leave home without duct tape and cable ties .

Black gaffer tape that would have been a permanent repair :thumbup:

I heard somewhere (cant remember where or if there is any truth in it) that there is to be a new generation of this type of battery in 18 months or so. Has anyone else heard this coz i am considering one of these saws, but if thats the case then it would be worth holding out until then?
