Team Leader with Good Tree Climbing capabilities

ELMBRIDGE TREE SERVICES LTD are looking for a self motivated and experienced Team Leader/Qualified Arborist, wishing to gain further experience by joining a friendly, motivated, AA approved company, and to work as part of a team.

 

Must be familiar with carrying out Site Specific Risk Assessments.

 

- Good variation and interesting works to suit all levels of ability.

- Excellent opportunity for a hardworking, self motivated individual.

- Must want to and be able to climb trees.

- Must have NPTC 30, 31, 38 & 39 certificates.

- Full driving licence required, with own transport.

- Continual professional development provided, along with excellent facilities.

- Company based in Esher, Surrey.

- Must be hardworking, polite, presentable and ultra reliable, with a good local knowledge to work in surrounding areas on local authority contracts, along with domestic clients.

- 28 days leave (inc Bank Holidays)

- Phone allowance.

- Performance bonus + Saturday overtime when available and required.

- All PPE equipment supplied after successful three month trial period.

 

Salary from £24k - £28k depending on capabilities.
