Stove advice

Recommended Posts

I'm in the market for a multifuel stove that is suitable for a smokeless zone/control zone. I just want it for secondary heating so 5kw should be ok but ideally I'd like it to be still burning in the morning. My terraced house is quite open plan so could I perhaps up the kw's or would it still need venting?

I've heard morso are good but a bit on the pricey side, even for the squirrel.

Any tips?

Mines a Morso Owl. It's my second one. Sold first house and left it and bought exactly the same in next house. I love it but they are quite pricey. And as for burning in the morning, if I ram it totally full with logs and turn it right down, there might be a few embers in the morning but it's no easier to get it going again than just lighting it anyway with kindlng. Nice looking fire though.
