Very good, not too sure what best to do with them so shallow fried in olive oil and a light seasoning with salt this morning.

 

Might make an omelette.

Only took the small bracket at the top of the three but looks big on the board.

Mash Garlic and Parsley and sea salt in a pestle and mortar.

 

Coat chicken of the woods with the mix. Dip beaten egg and then fry. Bloody good. This also works with pork loin, chicken, fish.:thumbup:

I made "chicken" nuggets with it previously which were very good, even mushroom haters liked them.
