farm fencing per metre

Recommended Posts

Nothing wrong with UC4 posts if they are genuine i.e. pine, kiln dried to 28% before treatment and they are a much better bet than Spruce or Fir. The problem with Chestnut is supply!!!

Best post of all is Clipex steel posts, 30 year guarantee.

Just remind me bob, who in your area stocks clipex fencing

The only posts that last in the ground here are a sleeper or telegraph pole. All the supposed guaranteed posts have been changed on numerous occasions while these have thirty plus years on them and still good. UC4 may well be ok, time will tell.

I have to agree, sleepers and telegraph poles are good but volume supplies are again the problem. Guarantees are problematic and you are better saying "desired service life". We do sell very good creo posts which will last the test of time.
