I have just found this post, how are you getting on? Seems like this thread has gone quite.

Wish I found this thread earlier. We could have done it for real. I would love to know your findings as I am on the verge of building 2x holiday 1.5 story, 3 bed, log cabins plus more in a few years, after 3 years of bloody planning etc I think I have cracked it just not quite yet. Imminent tho. Im only down the road from you too.

How have you got on?

Hi andy, i'm still on with the project. But had problems at college with the tutor leaving, and them not having anyone else to replace them with. Nearly got all my drawings and specs done, but have cheated a little, by copying a lot of info and price guides off the net. What started out as a good project has now become a pain as we all dont know what direction the new tutor will want to go with it.
