As Per the title, We are looking to employ a full time member of staff. Anyone interested should have a proactive work ethic - trustworthy and reliable. We are open to differing arrangements i.e employment on a sub contractor basis but it would have to be a reliable system to work. The role can either be as a competent climber or trainee climber/ groundsman however you must be prepared to undertake the "boring" work , hedge trimming, maintenance and logging as well as the glamorous reductions and takedowns and you will be the "team leader" running the jobs often with yourself as point of contact with the clients and myself ensuring jobs are carried out safely, timely and to the correct standard.
