Personal insurance

Recommended Posts

Hey, I am employed but after speaking to some of the guys who have had injuries, and been looked after because of their insurance and others who were in a mess because they didn't have any, what i am asking is where do you get your personal health insurance and how much do you pay, what do you get and what do people recommend?

Income assured is who I use - £22 a month and they pay out £250 a week after a week of you being off of work. They cover for accidents at home/work/sicknesses/mental illness/extreme sports. Thankfully I've not had to make a claim so I don't actually know what they are like to deal with.

Hope this helps!

I got mine through my financial advisor. Make sure you check what you are paying in to, my policy covers me from day one if a doctors note is supplied. There are a lot of crap policy's out there so beware.
