As above, I plan to run my cone and hydraulic splitters at the same time, off my 60hp massey tommorow, is there any reason why I can't? Thanks.

if there's 2 of you splitting knotty stuff simultaneously you'll make that tractor work. hydraulics are very power hungry. I used to run a trailed grass mower with a hydraulic grouper and it was the grouper that killed the tractor

Should just be easy stuff going through when both machines are going. I plan on me using the digger to position the rings in the hydraulic splitter while my mate runs the levers, then when they have been bust down to manageable sizes we can both do easy bits then I can do the knotty bits on the cone while he clears up a bit. It's all 3ft sycamore rings.
