Climbing rope help asap

but when I decent with prusik loop the out side seem to move from the in side it slow the prusik down so I have to pull out side down because it pills up underneath the prusik pleas need help

 

If I understand what you are trying to say it sounds like the JACKET and the CORE need equalising. Cut the heat sealed end of the rope then run a loaded prussic down the length of the rope (couple of times if needed)

 

This is called MILKING the rope, it will allow the jacket to slide relative to the core, you should find the jacket ends a bit longer than the core. Re seal the rope end and all is good.
