thats why i was asking hard or soft I find the shapes of some hardwood really slows things up.

 

Agreed, Can be like fixing a jigsaw together at times. Sorry no experience of bagging softwood, but with mixed hard, about 25 an hour in 45x60's (aver. 15 pieces per bag).

I can do 40 nets an hour with 10 inch processed softwood logs bagging them out of IBC cages with the help of a home made bagging stand to hold the nets open as i fill them . :thumbup1:

 

Is that a 4 hooked corners kind of jobbie? any pic's. Use a bagging tray, but often wondered if the open bag method might be faster, out of ibcs.
