I won't pick holes in it, but have a look at paragraph 12.

 

Pm Jon and ask him what trouble he's having through an incompetent firm of solicitors. Don't think they all know what they are talking about or know what they are doing........ Cost Janny boy a fortune! Just ask him in private. It's enough to give the likes of me sleepless nights! And I'm sure it would most people.
