Has anyone else had problems with the front springs in their Canter 6.5’s. I’m now on my second set which is costing me valuable down time, not to mention £600 for an up-rated pair!

Mitsubishi said the old pair has been overloaded which I find it hard to believe. Its also odd that up-rated springs are available because if the O/E springs were fit for purpose there wouldn’t be any need for up-rated springs!?

Now I’ve already cut down on the Mars-bars and kit-Kats so it can’t be me – any ideas?? :confused1:

nice truck!:001_tt1:

I went and had a meeting with Notts CC tree teams last year. They had just taken delivery of two new fully kitted out Canters like yours.

Crew cabs they were, with 3 men and kit they were overweight on the front axle without any load !! Being LA they parked them up pending an internal procurement enquiry !
