risk assessment template

Recommended Posts

Hi there guys,

I am just in the process of starting to implement risk assessments at my new company.

Now I have used a few templates before and I am comfortable with these ones

(see attached file). Does any one know where to get the other part of this form? It has on a separate sheet sections for environmental considerations and also climbing, and equipment and so so and so on.

Also if any one has a good template that would be amazing.

I think that elements are given as a sample on aa website. The aa offers a course on it, where by attendees are given a vast amount of info to utilise. It has the generic risk assessment info too that enables you to cross reference within the system.

Without the cross referencing info, it is not fulfilling your duties to record risk.

The generic system highlights the particular companies in house systems and risk management, the site specific r.a referred back to it within the tables etc.

I think it's a good course, well delivered and thorough. No questions unanswered.
