Kubota single cylinder diesel gave up the ghost on the log splitter, and had to get the machine recovered onto a trailer and back to base.

 

The fuel pump didn't seem to be pumping with much pressure so we changed that for a recon pump and injector, but still no start so my mate got hold of a compression tester to fit and that came back at 200-odd psi, which is no use. So had to get the engine out and strip it, hopefully get a local company to re-bore it

a bit off panel beaating & t-cut will sort that out, any p45 involved

Feet roller bracket bolt sheared on chipper again today but at least local fitter had 1 in stock so was able to get us up and running fairly fast e7974d74fffba8c5785f9e924b729551.jpg
