Depends what you mean by 'Contract' my large domestics like the idea of a 'pay as you go' hourly service.

 

Commercials are generally on an annual or 3 year grounds maintenance plan.

 

Exactly what it said on the tin a contract to mow grass and charging an hourly rate is not going to make money. Our clients want a price and you in and out commercial domestic what ever it's all the same. We have just landed a contract where the two others wanted to charge an hourly rate and it would take between x and y hours we were more expensive but he chose us as I just looked at it and gave a price there and then.
