We can shoot hinds up to the end of March and stags till end of April then Stags again from 1st August and Hinds 1st November. It is no wonder you are over run with such a short season

 

 

Probably tailored to suit rich English landowners who were handed estates way back when.

2 Shots 2 Kills. Yes a have a good mate and the farmer used the tractor and loader to bring them up. They are wanting to reduce to numbers as they are breaking the fences on the farm and the grazing too. I will know soon if they want more shot. There was a group of 10 today. 1 large stag 7 hinds and 3 last year calves. I think today was to prove myself as much as anything but they were very happy with the results
