Would a jcb power pack run a splitter ?

power pack are i think 22 litres/min at 135bar(2000psi) at 3200rpm so they would run a splitter but it would not have full splitting pressure most pumps run at 2500psi-3000psi ,flow=speed of ram pressure=force of ram

I have made enquires about fitting my stage two pump to my 11hp honda engine running at 1420 rpm . About £100 inc postage which sounds good just waiting for an email of the dimensions before i order.

Does this sound the best way to go.
