If I was dissapointed with the Husqvarna the Stihl FS-94 would be my first choice of replacement. Its the combi out the box and short shaft hedge cutter attachment which makes the Husqvarna so attractive.


Guess it depends what combi attachments you already have! I just mount the attachment direct to the end of the FS-70 or FS94 with the T27 driver. Sometimes I use a short shaft (the type that make up half of a proper 'kombi' shaft) on things like the scrub cutter.


I'm kind of stuck with Stihl as I have a fair few £ worth of attachments already. I borrowed a mates Husky loop handle strimmer the other day and liked it a lot.
