I friend of mine had someone with a similar name to him pasted on a white transit was seen doing work on an estate he manages - never caught up with the white van though.

 

Nothing against 'free enterprise' but I think you need to track this fellow down asap and agree a solution to protect your business.

I'm confused, are you not sure whether you are Truro tree services or Truro tree surgery ? If your name is registered you could check with a solicitor if there is anything you could do about the similarity but it could be a costly and pointless exercise.

Nothing you can do about it . You have named your company after a location , there is now endless other options Truro Arborist , Truro Tree Company , Truro Tree Care just off the top of my head .
