I don't quite get the issue here. As has been stated the postage regions are set by the courier. All the costs on Skylands website are presented before payment. You can see exactly what you will be paying and then decide if you want to pay. If this is misleading to you than maybe internet shopping is a bit advanced for you.

 

In my experience, the prices at Skylands are very competitive. If you can find the product cheaper delivered elsewhere than good for you?

It is not the courier that states clearly at the top of their page "free mainland UK delivery" which I think is misleading when it is not free to certain parts of mainland UK.

You haven't been duped, you can choose to pay the postage or go somewhere else. It's really not a crisis. The fact that you felt so put out by your misunderstanding that you had to whine about it here speaks volumes.

I think Skyland should set a precedent here and charge extra postage for 'YES' voters, and free for 'NO'.
