Do you stay busy through the winter and keep all your teams on?

 

 

We're in W.Mids so I think there is a lot more competition than Pembrokeshshire. I've worked out what we can charge through trial and error. Winter was booked solid but we only had one truck then. It will be interesting to see how it goes this year. Guys who come to us stay anywhere between 1 hour or decades in some cases. We recommend 12 to 18 months. Some catch hold of the vision and stick around to help build the work and help others to change their lives. I've been with Betel for 8 years now..
