I had problems at a comp and spoke to dmm about it as 1 was only a few days old, same as said just tree crud getting in the workings, nature of the job I'm afraid.

Don't tell the wife but I bunged a few wedged open in the dish washer and that cleaned the things out excellent then when dry a bit of graphite.

sent while pretending to do something important on my mobile.

I'm not sure why more people don't use ISC, we have 8 or so, most in constant use day in and day out and still work perfectly with minor cleaning.

Every week someone seems to have problems with their DMM carbs, although it could just be the sheer amount of them

I like the ergonomics of my DMM's but do seem to have more problems with them than the Petzl's.
